Cancellation Policy
Soho Beauty Lounge kindly asks for you to respect our scheduling policies. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for all appointments. We will send an email and text reminder upon booking. We understand that things come up, but please let us know as soon as you can either by phone, email or through the booking app.
Lash & HAIR Cancellation Policy
We value our clients’ time as well as our team’s, and to help us manage our schedule more effectively, we’ve updated our cancellation policy. A valid credit card will now be required on file when booking all lash and hair appointments. We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the total service. This policy ensures that we can provide the best possible availability for all clients and maintain the quality of service you’ve come to expect. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
